Tucson, Arizona
-- Zeta Corporation is pleased to announce that Rodrigo Romo, Carolyn Pitts, and Paul Abraham have earned LEED® Accredited Professional status (LEED AP) by passing the LEED NC examination earlier this month. The Green Building Certification Institute administers the exam, which accredits applicants who demonstrate a thorough understanding of green building practices, principals and the LEED Certification process for buildings.

The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™ is a voluntary, consensus-based national rating system for developing high-performance, sustainable buildings. LEED addresses all building types and emphasizes state-of-the-art strategies in five areas: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials and resources selection, and indoor environmental quality.

The U.S. Green Building Council, a 501(c)(3) non profit organization, develops and maintains the requirements that building and development projects must meet in order to be awarded certification by them under the LEED system.

Zeta Corporation is particularly interested in fostering green building practices and delivers technology solutions that assist design teams in their LEED strategies to acheive water conservation, waste water recycling, chemical waste reductions and energy conservation.
